I live in Columbus, Ohio and was coming to Louisville to see a friend. My Honda Odyssey van’s transmission decided to give out 2 miles into Kentucky very late at night . Having AAA, I called them, they contacted Kentucky Auto Service , and Kentucky Auto Service sent their driver, “ Eddie “ out to help.. I was feeling kinda’’ desperate, not knowing what was wrong with the van, where I was going to go from there, and how I was going to get there. When Eddie arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile, and his manner , empathy for my situation , and sincerity in his desire to help out a fellow human being totally changed the paradigm for me. He spent time assessing the situation, diagnosing the problem, asked me enough questions to assess what needed to be done with the can , and managed to work at a plan on an extremely busy towing night to get me to Louisville with 2 hours , and at about
2:30-3:00 in the am I received a call from Eddie saying he was in Louisville , 8 minutes away from the place I’m staying
Wirth my van . Eddie and Kentucky Automitive coordinated an effort that made what could have been a nightmarish event into one if which my main feeling looking back is gratitude
for the superior care, kindness, and assistance by Eddie and Kentucky Auto Service. I can not recommend them highly enough. If you call these folks you
can rest assurered that you are in the hands of folks with impeccable , character, and integrity , and who genuinely , earnestly care about helping the people they serve. These guys are as sure a bet for great service as you’ll ever see!
